Artist Polina Patrick
Art is a cure. It helped me go through some very dark and sad moments of my life. The desire to create no matter what has always been a part of my life as long as I can remember myself. It started with music, since an early age mom taught me piano, then later I realized being more visual, and it was an art school for several years until I found for myself the magic of different languages and literature. Later on, I returned to the visual arts and crafting.
About me
For 5 years, I took classes and explored different techniques. I fell in love with acrylic painting and oil pastel. Now, I keep on experimenting, trying new things, mixing materials and forms. I do not want to fix myself on one thing; the world of creation is too big and too beautiful. Recently, I started experimenting with abstract art, collage, stencelling and Lino printing, and I am still wondering where this path will take me.
Love is the only thing that makes this life worth living. Love to your family, friends, world around you, and art is one of the ways to show it.
